How do I apply for SNAP in Alaska?

In Alaska the program is called Food Stamp Program. USDA's state directory lists the state's own website and application page, linked at the top of this page. Only the state agency can decide whether you qualify.
Can I use EBT at restaurants in Alaska?
Short answer: Not through the Restaurant Meals Program.
